When I was in London I went to the fab Wholefoods Market in Kensington and had the most amazing vegan cupcake I had ever tasted. I found out that the people who supply them are “Ms Cupcake” who specialise in vegan baking. I was elated to find that they actually have a cook book published so I have got one, can’t wait to try their recipes. If you would like to get one here is the link directly to the Amazon listing.
