The ingredients:
2 Onions chopped
2 Red peppers
1/2 Butternut squash diced
2 Garlic cloves chopped
1 Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Cup of red wine
1 Tablespoon of mixed herbs
2 Teaspoons of Vegeta. This is a vegetable seasoning that will bring life to any savoury dishes. You can find it on Amazon. If you don’t have Vegeta then you may have to add another half a stock cube or some Aromat.
1 Vegetable stock cube crumbled
2 Cups of water
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Don’t forget to cook gently until the butternut squash is soft.
